Amazing hat terrible customer service

I bought a Man City hat from this site and they sent me the wrong size and I have been emailing and calling for over a month to get my hat fixed and 0 responses. I have bought several hats from them and never had a problem , so amazing quality hats but just pray they don’t send u the wrong size.
